Building Automation Systems (BAS) Networking presents the fundamental concepts of data transmission in various media types. The course is closely aligned with CompTia’s Network+ Certification and assists students in preparation for that credential. Topics include network fundamentals, standards, OSI model, IP protocol, network signal transmission, media, protocols, physical topologies, logical topologies, hardware, typical BAS networks, and typical BAS subnetworks.
